At 50+ years old and very full figured, Constance Zehner didn’t think that being in a pageant, much less winning a national title was ever going to happen. But she found the Miss Plus America pageant system and her dream of being in a beauty pageant was fulfilled. Competing as Mrs. Fort Bend County in the 2010 Miss Texas Plus America pageant, she placed first runner up Mrs. Texas Plus America. That did it! She was hooked!
Her new found love of pageantry motivated her to continue competing in the Miss Plus America system, winning the titles of Mrs. New Mexico Plus America 2011 and 2013. She also shared her expertise with aspiring young women desiring to be in pageantry by directing the Miss Houston and Miss Southwest Houston Texas Plus America pageants in 2012. Today, she wears the Mrs. Plus America 2013 crown.
